FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Grand Opening - April 2004New Studio in Sydney's west30th April 2004 -- Terry Jones and June Hawkesley, principals of Millennium Folk Art and Glass, announced today that their new commercial studio and classroom facilities are fully operational. Located in Shop 3 - 35 Monaro Street, Seven Hills, the Studio will cater primarily to classes and tuition, but will also undertake commissions and repair work on all types of folk art & stained glass products. " It is my intention to make the learning process a fun and social experience, whilst giving students the opportunity to explore their own designs and creativity in a self-paced environment" said Jones. To that end the studio is fully equipped with class toolsets, glass grinders, glass saws and a good range of tools and glass. His business partner June Hawkesley has been teaching folk art and ceramics for over 14 years. Her classes are fun and social and before long she can have ordinary people producing extraordinary things! Bookings are essential, and additional information is available in our TUITION section.
